About us |
Val and Archie have lived at Woodside House for many years, Val retired from full time employment a number of years ago and now finds much pleasure in running her small bed and breakfast business, cooking and caring for the guests. In 2000 Val was introduced to the game of golf; she is now known to spend a great deal of her spare time on the local golf courses, trying very hard to improve her game. Archie a retired Police Inspector served 31 years with Central Scotland Police, now works in a full time position as a civilian within Police Headquarters, Stirling. When not working Archie spends a great deal of his spare time looking after their large garden, the remainder of his spare time is spent in the mountains and hills as he is an enthusiastic walker, and enjoys being a member of the local Lairig Walking Club.
